Blair Crump was appointed to the Board 1 January 2018 having joined Sage in 2016 as President, leading sales and customer service across the Group.
Blair has a strong background in sales, customer service and driving growth, and has significant leadership experience in the technology sector. Blair joined Sage from profit realization company PROS Holdings, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Blair led Salesforce.com’s Global Enterprise business, reporting into CEO Marc Benioff, and prior to this was at Verizon Business, where he was Group President. Blair was also at MCI Communications for 23 years, before its acquisition by Verizon.
Ron McMurtrieChief Marketing and Business Enablement Officer
Ron McMurtrie joined Sage in 2017 and leads for the whole company, inspiring long-term relationships through creativity and innovation. In addition, he leads "Business Enablement," consisting of Business Services and IT that support the evolution of our operating model.
McMurtrie aligns the strategic direction of brand, digital marketing and communications, public affairs, and business operations and oversees key functional areas for new customer acquisition, building customers for life and advancing Sage's cloud strategy.
Before joining Sage, McMurtrie was global Chief Marketing Officer at Recall, leading worldwide marketing strategy and operations. Previously, McMurtrie had over 20 years’ experience in similar roles for brands including VCE, First Data, Verizon and MCI.
Nancy HarrisExecutive Vice President and Managing Director, North America
Nancy Harris is Executive Vice President and Managing Director, North America at Sage where she is responsible for the company’s day-to-day performance in the U.S. and Canada. Nancy joined Sage in 2011 to as vice president and general manager of Sage 50 Accounting, Canadian Edition, and later as managing director of the company’s Canadian business. Nancy has led advancing Sage’s presence in North America by cultivating an exceptional experience for the company’s partner, customer and accountant communities. She has more than 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and partner development, successfully leading large SaaS and enterprise software companies.
Nick GoodeExecutive Vice President Product
Nick leads Sage X3 globally. He's been in the software industry for 25 years (8 at Sage) working internationally on cloud, mobile and enterprise b2b products. He's passionate about leadership, digital engagement, diversity and customer success. Outside work, Nick is a health and fitness evangelist; he lives on a farm in Cheshire with his wife, children, and horses.
Mark FairbrotherVice President, Product Engineering, Sage X3
Mark Fairbrother is the software engineering leader for Sage X3 with responsibility for coordinating activities across the 12 Sage X3 global development centres. Mark drives the technical strategy for Sage X3 ensuring that we have the technology needed to deliver the solutions our customers demand both today and in the future.
Prior to joining Sage, Mark held similar product leadership positions in a range of sectors and industries from HCM, payroll, automotive and telecoms.
Robert SinfieldVice President, Product, Sage X3
Robert Sinfield is a market and product strategist with a focus on identifying how, where and when to deliver intuitive, disruptive solutions that meet the ever changing technological and legislative landscape today and tomorrow.
He is the Vice President of Product for Sage X3. Prior to joining Sage, Robert worked for other software vendors in a variety of roles in Product Management and Product Marketing. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in the Enterprise space and has worked in a variety of industries ranging from manufacturing to financial services implementing enterprise software solutions in over 50 countries.
Mickey North Rizza IDC
Internationally sought-after speaker and author Mickey North Rizza leads a team of IDC analysts to cover the next generation of enterprise applications and advise clients on ERP systems, associated applications, and digital commerce. Mickey has over 20 years' experience in supply chain, sourcing, and procurement. Prior to IDC, Rizza was an award-winning analyst at AMR Research and Gartner. She is the founding member of the ISM Supply Chain Risk Management Group, has been named “Top Female Supply Chain Executive” by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine, and has been featured on CNBC’s Squawk on the Street.
Star BobatoonAttorney, trainer, and speaker

Star’s background as an employment attorney gives her valuable insight into corporate management issues. Robyn BenincasaAdventure racer, firefighter, author, and CNN Hero
Robyn Benincasa has made an art form of extreme performance by competing and winning at the highest levels of sport and business. In her fifteen-year career as a professional adventure racer, she has competed around the world, racking up multiple World Championship titles and three Guinness World Records along the way. In her spare time, she is a San Diego firefighter and a sought-after keynote speaker on teamwork and leadership topics.

The Sahnas Brothers
Experience the beauty and culture of the Sonoran Desert at the welcome dinner reception on September 4.
