The State of Employment 2026 brings together technology, business, HR, talent, and workforce leaders for a collaborative conversation about the forces reshaping how we work, hire, develop, and build careers. Presented as a collaborative series by Tech Women of Atlanta, TAG Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HiBob, and Sage, the event creates a space for leaders and professionals to examine the challenges facing today’s workforce and explore what organizations can do to adapt.

Through candid conversations and interactive breakout sessions, we’ll explore AI and emerging technologies, talent acquisition, workforce development, skills gaps, employee expectations, and the evolving relationship between people and work.
